We offer telehealth or virtual appointments for most common medical complaints and illnesses. We are open 6 days a week in the afternoon/early evening including holidays.
Conditions We Treat
• Common illnesses such as colds, flu, and respiratory infections
• Minor injuries like cuts, bruises, and sprains
• Skin conditions such as rashes and minor infections
• Follow-up care for chronic conditions like diabetes or hypertension
• Mental health concerns, including anxiety and depression
• Medication management and prescription refills for non-controlled medications
• Routine check-ups and preventive care

Please be aware there are some conditions that require in person consultation and cannot be performed via telemedicine. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden numbness or weakness, severe allergic reactions, have sustained a severe injury, or any other condition requiring immediate medical attention call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Telemedicine FAQs
Prior to your telehealth appointment, please ensure you have a stable internet connection. If you have difficulty connecting or are connecting from a remote location let us know prior to your scheduled session. Gather relevant medical information including a set of vital signs prior to your appointment (including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature). We recommend logging in to the appointment 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to familiarize yourself with the video (Doximity) platform. Have a list of questions and concerns ready to discuss with your provider. While we attempt to provide ample time to address your medical concerns during your appointment, we kindly ask you to consider focusing on the two most problematic issues given time constraints. If you have additional complaints that we were unable to address at the time of your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate a follow-up appointment within 24-48 hours.
